Every special listed above operates under the same rules as our standard jobs. Haven Standard Clause 1 requires a written price before any work starts. Haven Standard Clause 3 means your technician is background-checked, uniformed, and identified by name before arrival. The equipment on your job will be from our standard roster: Rotobrush or Nikro for duct agitation, Abatement Technologies for negative-pressure extraction (that’s the suction system that pulls dislodged debris out of your ductwork), and Honeywell, Aprilaire, or Guardsman components for any air quality add-ons.
The photo record works the same way on special-priced jobs as on full-price ones. Our borescope camera enters every duct run we clean. The images are time-stamped and delivered as part of your job record. In Schertz homes built during the 2000s housing expansion near Cibolo Creek, we regularly find construction debris settled at the first elbow of the main trunk. The camera shows it. The camera shows it gone when we leave.
We don’t do per-vent pricing, ever. Your written quote covers the whole system: supply and return ductwork, plenum (that’s the central distribution box), and accessible registers. If we find damaged ductwork or disconnected runs during cleaning, we’ll photograph the issue and quote repair separately. You approve or decline before we proceed.
