Every crew that rolls out of our Schertz shop answers to the same standard, but it’s the people inside the van who make the difference. We’ve got lead techs who’ve crawled through attics in July when the plenum (the main distribution box for your duct system) was too hot to touch bare-handed, and apprentices learning to read a borescope screen the way their predecessors learned to read a tape measure. What ties us together is simple: we show up named, uniformed, and ready to put a written price in your hand before a single register cover comes off. Haven Standard Clause 1 doesn’t negotiate, and neither do we.

I started CleanRun in 2013 after ten years of watching homeowners get burned by bait-and-switch duct cleaning outfits. The kind that quote $89 over the phone and invoice $847 once they’ve got their machine in your hallway. I built this company on one rule: the price you sign before we start is the price you pay when we leave. I’m still on jobs weekly, usually running the Rotobrush through main trunks or training crews on negative-pressure extraction (a sealed-system vacuum method that pulls debris out without blowing it into your living space). What still gets me after all these years is the variation in what we find. Same neighborhood, same build year, and one house has spotless flex duct while the next has a three-inch debris shelf at the first elbow. The borescope doesn’t lie, and neither do the photos we deliver. I live in Cibolo with my wife and two dogs who shed enough to keep our own dryer vent cleaning schedule honest.
Marcus T., Senior Installer & Duct Repair Specialist

She came to us from medical office administration, which explains her tolerance for detailed scheduling and her zero-tolerance for vague answers. Daniela builds every job packet herself: equipment roster, address notes, prior photo records if we’ve been there before, and the blank written scope form that gets filled on-site before any work starts. She tracks our Documented Photo Record delivery like an accountant tracks ledgers, and she’s the one following up if a customer hasn’t received their before-and-after link within 24 hours. She grew up in Universal City and still points out houses her grandfather built when we’re driving between jobs. Her desk has a framed photo of her nephew’s first birthday party, which she missed because a crew needed emergency parts delivered on a Saturday. She still mentions it, but she also still made the delivery.
Javier K., Apprentice Technician
Javier started with us in 2022, fresh out of HVAC trade school at St. Philip’s College, and he’s logged enough hours now that we’re trusting him with solo dryer vent cleaning and basic register zone work. He’s methodical in a way that suggests he’ll be running his own crew inside two years.
